Chris-Cyn Realty opened its doors in 1969 buying and selling residential and commercial real estate in the Greater Rochester area market.  Making its home adjacent to the Greater Rochester Airport, Chris-Cyn Realty, in conjunction with its construction division, Norcross Construction focused its time and attention to building, developing and managing several commercial buildings consisting of over 300,000 square feet of office and flex space known as Air Park East and Air Park West.

Chris-Cyn Realty is a family orientated business run by Ronald Di Chario and his daughter Christine Di Chario.  Together they posses over 65 years of Real Estate experience including residential; investment/income properties; commercial and industrial.  Both are lifelong residents of the Rochester area with close ties throughout the community.

Chris-Cyn Realty is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York and will also be licensed in the State of Florida very soon.
